My Favorite Things Quilt

My Kid Pix quilt represents many things I enjoy. To make this quilt I used several different drawing tools from the presentation program Kid Pix Deluxe Studio. First I click on a tool called an eggbeater. When I selected this tool and clicked in the center of the screen it created twenty five boxes. I then took the paint can and created a pattern with two colors. I then selected stamps of some of my favorite things. I will describe these things below.

One thing I really enjoy is riding my bike. Also I like to play outside. My favorite thing to do outside is to play with my friends. I like butterflies and my favorite kind of butterfly a monarch butterfly. The colors of my butterflies are so pretty. I like flowers . My favorite flower is the tulip. I like tulips because they come in many different colors.

My Favorite Season

My favorite season is summer, because I like to swim in the summer. I also like to ride my bike on my street. I also like going to Cape Cod because I go fishing. I also ride my uncle’s boat. The boat goes so fast!

My Favorite Holiday and My Favorite Relative

My favorite holiday is Christmas. I like Christmas because my favorite relative Nonie gives me lots of great presents. The day before Christmas I go to Nonie’s house. I make the desserts for Christmas. Christmas Day I go to my cousin’s house. I love Christmas!

My Favorite Restaurant

My favorite restaurant is Friendly’s. I like Friendly’s because they have fast service. I usually get a hot dog with waffle fries. They have really good ice cream. I usually get Oreo ice cream.

My Favorite Subject at School

My favorite subject at school is math. In math we’re learning about fractions. We are also learning about time and elapsed time. I enjoy learning about fractions. I also enjoy learning about time and elapsed time.

My Best Friend

My best friend is Alice. She is really nice. We like to play with her dog Mini. She has brown hair and blue eyes. I have known her since preschool and we have been friends ever since.
