To register: Click on the My Account link on the top right side of the screen. Follow the easy instructions to create a user name and password.

Certificate Number: Click on your Certificate Number to access the tools outlined below:
Certificate Tab: Update your contact information including residential and mailing addresses, email address, and phone number, and change your payment optionsCoverages Tab: Review your insurance coverage. Claims Tab: View your claim details and download and save or print your Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Services Tab: Request a copy of your Medical insurance certificate, premium notice, and your Hartford Medical Plan ID card.

Medical Plan Member? Access your Trust Hartford Medical Plan information. View your claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOB):
Click the ‘Claims’ tab.
In the list of claims on the ‘Claims’ tab, click the ‘View’ button for a specific claim. Your EOB will open in a new window.
You may also click a claim number to view the claim details screen, then click ‘View EOB’ at the top of the claim details screen.
Click the ‘Services’ tab.
Click on “Choose Explanation of Benefits Delivery Format.”
When the “Explanation of Benefits Delivery Format” page opens, click the circle next to “Electronic” and click “Submit.”
