• WeExpectallthedelegateswillhelpustoorganizetheconferencebyfollowinggivenguidelines.• TheconferencewillbeheldatRome,Italy• Theregistrationwillbefrom01:00pmto04:00pmon07December,2019.Dorememberyour
PaperIDforanyCommunicationattheInformationDisk.• Authors are encouraged to spend 70% of the time to present the original innovative ideas,
proposedinthepaper.• Full paper presentation will be of about 10-12 min presentation including Q&A; Authors are
advisedtopreparetheirpresentationaccordinglyandstrictlyfollowthetimelimits.• TheHallwillbeequippedwithLaptopsandLCDprojectors(Beamer)withWindows7,Office2007,
andAdobeAcrobatreader.Youmaycopythepresentationslidesattheconferencehallatthetimeofpresentationorduringthecoffee/lunchbreaksintervals.
• Presentationtime,Date,andVenueisfixedandit isalreadypublishedintheprogramschedule.Onceyourchanceofpresentationislost,wewillnotbeabletoaccommodateyouinthenextoranyothersessions.Soauthorsareadvisedtobeontimeatthevenueforthepresentation.
• Lunch,MorningandEveningcoffeeforthepresentationdayalonewillbearrangedatthevenue.• Accommodation, Travel, Tour, Pickup, Dinner and other expenses have to be borne by the
delegates.• Thehighresolutionphotos(notlaterthanDecember25,2019)willbesentviaemail.• Fewbestpapersarelikelytobeselectedfromallthepaperspresentedandwillbehonoredatthe
closingceremony.• Acertificateofpresentationisdistributed/issuedatendoftheday.CertificatesofAuthorswillbe
issued to authors who have not presented but their papers are registered. Certificate ofparticipationforattendeesisdistributedatthetimeofclosingceremony.
• Due to earthquake or any othermishappening at the conference venue / conference city, theconferencemayberescheduledbutnotinthesamemonth.
• ThereisnoseparateconferenceAttendanceCertificate.• If there is any correction in the certificate, new certificatewill be sent to the communication
address.• Alltheauthorsareencouragedtopresentthepapers.Iftheregisteredauthorisnotabletomake
theycannominateanyco-authororresearcherswhohavegotgoodknowledgeinthepaperandsubject.NomineeAuthorizationLetterfromtheregisteredauthorandPhotoidcardofthenomineeshallbeverifiedattheinformationdeskatthetimeofregistration.
