The cocktails are designed in house using quality spirits supporting local distilleries & using fresh produce to ensure quality cocktails throughout the changing seasons.

The relaxed environment is the perfect venue to enjoy craft beers, extraordinary wines from Australia & abroad as well as exceptional spirits served with great passion & knowledge by the Frankie’s Rooftop Bar team.

If you like it hot, it’s time to turn up the heat! The combination of Mexico’s finest Mezcal is charged with lime juice and shaken with house made honey & jalapeño syrup, served in a chilli rimmed martini glass guaranteed to light the fire of your palate.

WILD BRAMBLE 18

Explore the flavours and aromas with hand-picked plants & botanicals from the Distillery Botanica gardens and indulge in Frankie’s twist on the vibrant & refreshing Bramble. The combination of the award-winning Moore’s Gin, luscious Blackcurrant Liqueur & elegant Lemon Myrtle Liqueur is vigorously shaken and served over ice.

WHO SHOT THE GIGOLO 18

The blast of Bulleit Bourbon shaken up with pineapple juice, house-made honey ginger syrup with a dash of rich spiced Caribbean Falermum is served over ice with a dash of bitters. This custom cocktail garnished with cinnamon will create a seductive hit that will blow your senses.

CAN’T STOP THE BEET 18

We take Moore’s Gin and throw it around with Orange Liqueur, a hint of yoghurt and complete with House Made Beetroot Syrup, shake vigorously and finish with a hint of fresh rosemary. The surprising, healthy & delectable combination of flavours will get your taste buds dancing to the Beet.

MRS JERRY’S PUNCH 18

Rum, spice & all things nice! The aromatic mix of Sailor Jerry’s Rum shaken with Cinzano Rosso, pineapple juice, hint of bitters and a squeeze of lime creates the perfect punch. The unique cocktail garnished with star anise is a delicate and hard hitting match to spice up your evening.

PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI 18

The fresh and elegant Daiquiri combined with Plantation Stiggins Pineapple Rum, Mt Gay Eclipse Rum & Pineapple Liqueur is ignited with a squeeze of lime and dash of pineapple juice. The radiant cocktail is shaken up, strained in a martini glass and garnished with dehydrated pineapple.

PORNSTAR MARTINI 18

The most desired & popular Frankie’s cocktail is designed sweet to your satisfaction. The combination of Vanilla Vodka, Passionfruit Liqueur and a big splash of Passionfruit Puree is gently shaken with vanilla bean sugar and strained into a coupette glass finished with fresh passionfruit. Served with a side of Italian Prosecco, you will float to Tropical Paradise.

WATERMELON AND BASIL SMASH 18

The heavenly, bright mixture of watermelon & fresh basil shaken with Calle 23 Tequila & Limoncello is strained over ice and topped with ginger ale. A smashing combination of aromas garnished with fresh basil sprigs glistens with dazzling delight.

Frankie’s Twist on the classic Pina Colada will have you singing with every sip. The exotic combination of fresh pineapple, mango puree, cream of coconut, vanilla bean and squeeze of lime is shaken with Mt Gay Silver Rum and pineapple juice topped with shredded coconut.

PINK PERFECTION 20

Pretty in Pink! The charming cocktail is shaken to perfection with Vodka, fresh guava juice, hint of ginger juice with a touch of honey water and topped with Italian Prosecco. Sweet & Charming!

CHARLIE IN VENICE 18

The classic Charlie Chaplin cocktail is given the Frankie’s Twist with the intriguing blend of German Monkey 47 Sloe Gin, Archie Rose Gin & Apricot Brandy shaken with a touch of raspberry, lime and Peychaud’s Bitters. Float away with the distinctive sweet and sour profiles.

Frankie’s famous fizz flourishes with Archie Rose Gin balanced with Crème de Violette Liqueur, a hint of Elderflower shaken hard with egg white and given the healthy touch of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea releasing antioxidants yet tasting like candy!

Pink Melon Liqueur and Vodka brought together with a dash of pineapple juice, shaken hard and served in a martini glass. A hot pink hit that tastes as good as it looks.

KISS ME KETUT 16

Like a sunrise…Midori Melon Liqueur and Paraiso Lychee Liqueur is charged with pineapple juice and strained onto a bed of cranberry juice.

Let me take you down, ‘cos I’m going to Strawberry Fields.’ A blend of Vodka, Strawberry Liqueur and strawberry syrup brought together with a splash of pineapple juice, served icy cold in a martini glass. Strawberry Fields Forever.

JAM DOUGHNUT 16

Tastes like a jam doughnut! We give a generous serving of Strawberry Liqueur and a dash of Malibu combined with strawberry syrup and pineapple juice then shaken hard, served short and garnished with a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

A-BOMB 16

A personal favourite, Alize’ Bleu and Archie Rose Gin are combined with fresh lime and shaken until icy cold with a dash of pineapple juice and built tall into a hurricane glass with chilled cranberry juice.

Let’s go Tropical! Malibu Liqueur built with Mango Liqueur and loaded with mango syrup garnished with fresh cream and shredded coconut, Aloha!

MARTINI 18

Famous classic cocktail created with your choice of Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin or Ketel One Vodka ignited with Dry Vermouth. The martini is carefully shaken or stirred to your liking – Wet with extra Vermouth or dry with less Vermouth, dirty with olive brine or clean and finished with olives or lemon twist strained into an icy cold martini glass.

DAIQUIRI 16

The exotic cocktail takes you straight into beach mode! Mt Gay White Rum vigorously shaken with lime and sugar with your choice of mango syrup garnished with dried mango or strawberry syrup topped with a lime wheel.

OLD FASHIONED 18

Keeping it traditional, the cocktail is created by dissolving sugar with bitters and finished with your choice of Bulleit Bourbon or Monkey Shoulder Whiskey. Gently stirred with ice & fresh orange rind served short.

The perfect balance of a sweet and sour cocktail. Created with your choice of Amaretto, Archie Rose Gin or Monkey Shoulder Whiskey. Shaken with lemon juice and egg white finished with lemon and a maraschino cherry.

This famous Cuban cocktail consisting of fresh mint, Mt Gay White Rum, fresh lime and a touch of sugar is gently stirred with crushed ice and topped with soda water. Fresh and exhilarating.

NEGRONI 18

The Italian aperitif is vibrant, bitter and sweet. The combination of Archie Rose Gin is gently stirred with Campari & Rosso Vermouth served on the rocks with orange rind designed to stimulate your senses.

ESPRESSO MARTINI 16

The delicious classic cocktail can be enjoyed anytime of the day or evening. The mix of Ketel One Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, hint of vanilla and local Onyx cold press coffee is a sophisticated little devil.
