Sharing experience of receiving inbound students:
1. Arrange interns to stay with other international students in dormitory.
2. Guide them to use Grab to call taxi/motorbike with acceptable fee.
3. Keep being updated by students about their situation via WhatsApp.
4. Work closely with the enterprise to ensure the smooth running.
Internship Exchange Regulations in Vietnam
1. Type of visa: Vietnam DH Visa
2. Fee paid by students: 95 USD for the period of 3 – 6 months
3. The first step in acquiring a DH Visa is obtaining an approval lettergranted by the Immigration Department. Once in possession of this letter, applicants can then go ahead and have it stamped at a visa-issuing authority of Vietnam abroad, such as embassy, Vietnam General Representative or in special cases, a border checkpoint.
4. Receiving Institution or Company will represent students to submit documents for approval letter at the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Internship Exchange Regulations in Vietnam
5. Required documents:
• Passport – photo page of students
• Information about the date of entry/exit, single or multiple, duration of the visa and the place that will stamp the letter
• Invitation letter sponsoring foreigners to enter Vietnam (educational institutions or a place of work)
• Proof of legal status as prescribed by Vietnam’s law: certified true copy of the license or decision of the competent authority on establishment of the University, college; document introducing the seal and signature of a competent person; written acceptance of a school or an education institution in Vietnam, training program…
3 Months Internship Exchange for Hospitality
In order to enhance students’ technical skills and workingexperience, Duy Tan University have collaborated with manyenterprises in the Hospitality and Tourism sector (listedbelow) in order to create Internship Program which isconducted for the duration of up to 6 months.
