    We currently employ over 500 field based engineers backed up by administrative and support staff and will continue to be the leading supplier of choice within our sector, where innovation and diversification will be instrumental in continued growth.

    Comex 2000 currently has an expanding workforce of 500 field and administrative staff.Approximately 250,000 residential installations and 38,000 business installations are completed each year in central and outer London alone. Whilst Comex 2000 continues to have a major presence across central and outer London, through innovative thinking and client diversity we are able to offer a full range of services on a national basis. All our activities are supported by our national contact centre in the heart of Birmingham. We provide specialist switch, head end and emergency support. Comex 2000 is the preferred Partner to Virgin Media.

    National Contact CentreComex 2000 has its own dedicated call centre located in the heart of Birmingham. This gives us tremendous flexibility and support of our own operation, by carrying out work order scheduling, pre-calling of customer appointments and coordinating customer queries.

    On behalf of our clients we liaise with their customers to create a positive and lasting impression.

    Whilst initially the centre supported only our own organisation, as we continue to expand our customer base and diversify into other sectors we are able to offer our bespoke support services to new clients.

    Our administrative staff are well trained and motivated which enables them to fit into projects which add short term or long term benefits to our clients.

    Also housed in the National Call Centre is our own Construction Noticing Team and Help Desk.


    Residential InstallationsWe undertake fibre optic broadband, digital tv and phoneinstallations into individual properties, including specialist installations into multi dwelling units, high rise properties and new developments.

    Commercial InstallationsWorking as part of our Network Services Department we carry out complex and non-complex commercial telephony and broadband installations, utilising disciplines from multi-pair cabling through to blown fibre technology, for all business sectors including Blue Chip companies.

    Network MaintenanceWe provide all levels of support to our clients from serviceand repair visits through to specialist network maintenance,cabinet repair, cabling upgrades and fibre management.

    Emergency Response ServiceWorking as part of our Network Services Department we provide full turnkey Emergency Service Restoration solutions in the event of major service risks or failures which affect our clients.
