Digitalisation
Our Digital Services Team (DST) bring service delivery, assurance, support, design, technology and commercial together as one function
The Travel website, digitising our categories as part of the Crown Marketplace programme, is a good example of recent work supported by DST.
It demonstrates how we map business needs to existing plans and capability –the CCS website – and ensure we maximise investment and deliver a joined-up user experience.
The Crown Marketplace Programme is nearing the completion of a successful test phase and next steps are currently being considered
