Activity #2
Scenario;
“A customer comes in to the Apple store and approaches you, he asks for your assistance as he is unsure on what product to get. He is tossing up between the different MacBook models, but is unsure on what model and size he wants. He specifically tells you that the main use for this product will be just for the Internet, and looking at photos and watching movies, and occasionally writing and sending emails. He is happy with his iPod Nano so music for him isn’t an issue. He doesn’t necessarily have a budget, but would like a product that will meet his needs at a reasonable price. What would you recommend to him? Or is there another Apple product that can meet his needs?”
Question
What product did you recommend this customer and what made you recommend it to him?
