This property has everything you expect to see in Muskoka. Tall pine trees, Muskoka rock face and beautiful waterfront.

Main Level The great room includes a very well equipped kitchen (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Small Appliances, Dishes, etc.) and the living area which is equipped with an airtight wood stove, a TV/VCR/DVD combo, sofa, loveseat and a large picture window overlooking the lake. From the great room there is a walkout to the large deck with a BBQ, patio table and a great lake view. Off of the great room there is a main floor bedroom with a queen size bed also with a lake view.

Upper LevelThere are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the upper level of the cottage.

The blue bedroom shown on the left has 1 Queen Size Bed and 2 Twin Size Beds, Walk in Closet, Dresser and Sink.

The beige room shown below has 1 Queen Size Bed, Dresser and a Closet.

The bathroom is a 4 piece, plus a laundry sink.

• $500.00 security deposit is due at time of reservation. Refunded within 2 weeks after rental assuming the cottage is left in the condition it was found in.

• Rental is $1700.00 for the week and is due in full one week before your rental begins
