A growth hacker is someone who runs a lot of experiments on a weekly basis to figure out how he can grow a business. Ever heard of the term growth hack? Think about it as a growth experiment which provided growth results. Sounds simple?

WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM MARKETERS?

• Marketing is a tool to go from 100 hard core users to 1,000. It is rarely useful to go from 0 to 100 fans.

• The best retention hacks I have seen always had something to do with a change in the product.

• A growth hacker’s focus is to reduce the friction at every part of the funnel in order to bring people to experience the value ASAP.
