University getting his p.h.D in Educational Leadership.

Behavior Plan• Students begin each day with a green card.
• Students not following directions/rules must change a card.
• Yellow is a warning (possible time out)
• Red means the child will write a note home to describe his/her behaviors, the note will be signed by parents and sent back to school.
• Students have sticker charts. They can be “caught” doing a good deed or behaving exceptionally well. After the sticker chart is full, they can turn it in for a prize from the prize box.
