Students will take home a portfolio of final products throughout the 10 wks/20wks/school year.
Studio In Art Kids will be “commissioned” by teachers/administrators to create a work of art especially for them…to gain a working understanding how some artists make a living.
Homework Sometimes there is
just not enough time…
lengthy projects, fire drills, shortened periods, Long winded questions…etc…
STUDENTS MAY BEASKED TO WORK ON PROJECT COMPONENTS
AT HOME.

7th grade students have a weekly sketchbook assignment!
Students are EXPECTED to take initiative to write down their assignments on their own.
Studio In Art Grading Policy(refer to course syllabus on website)
Projects/Evaluations 80% Evaluations can include relevant
drawing/artistic exercises, quizzes, art history exploration activities
Sketchbook and Written Critiques 20% Regents exam 20% overall grade (mp 4)
