RECEPTIONCHECK-IN:Please check your rental accommodation and inventory (displayed in the kitchen).In case of unsatisfactory cleaning, missing items or damage, please inform us within 24hours in order to give you satisfaction. We will not accept any late notifications.

CHECK-OUT:Your departure must take place before 11 am. Please make an appointment at thereception to set a time slot for the final check-up: between 8 am and 11 am in July andAugust, between 9 am and midday in low season. After the final check-up and withoutany notification of problems, we will immediately hand back your two warranty deposits.Any costs for damage, rips and/or stains that where not notified on arrival will be kept fromyour warranty deposit. Possibility to leave the previous day, before 6 pm. For departuresoutside the opening times of the reception, the costs for cleaning will automatically beinvoiced (90 €).

CLEANING before departure: - Bring your trash in containers- Clean up your accommodation of choose the cleaning package of 90€

(This option does not include placing your garbage to containers and washing dishes).

Do not use abrasive objects or aggressive products (bleach, etc.) on stoves, sinks, washbasins,...

Please do not throw household wipes, sanitary napkins and cottons in the toilet.

Please do note smoke in the accommodation.

On site, the speed is limited at 10km/hr and traffic is prohibited between midnight and 6 am. Extra car : 2€/ day.

Only dogs (except for category 1) are accepted. They must be kept on a lead on site and walked outside the campsite. In case of accidents, please clean the droppings of your dog. Dogs must not be left alone on site, even when locked up, in the absence of their owner.

The bracelet you received on arrival must be worn at all times during your stay. It will allow you access to the campsite, the pool and all activities.Replacing bracelets will be invoiced 18€.

Visitors: 5€/ pers. / day. Visitors must register at the reception to get their bracelet and must leave their identity papers. It will be given back at their departure (before reception closing) in return of the bracelet.

Noise. For the wellbeing of all campers, please do not make any noise between midnight and 6 am.

Short sand combination are prohibited in the pool. Only allowed speedo.
