The service focus for Pilot Clubs is brain-related disorders and safety & protection of the brain through Pilot's own BrainMinders program.

PIF is Pilot’s charitable arm, awarding grants to Pilot Clubs and scholarships to students studying brain-relateddisorders and other humanitarian fields.

Pilot sponsors vibrant youth clubs called Anchor Clubs. After high school graduation, an Anchor can choose to be a Provisional Pilot until they join a Pilot Club.
