We are in the midst of the 2019-2020 Hurricane Season and Alan Holt with KIII-TV will be speaking on this subject on Thursday.
Hurricane season is from June 1-Nov. 30, and the 3News weather team wants you to know the essentials of how to prepare for the dangers of tropical weather. Preparation is the best protection and we encourage you to know the threat levels and have a plan ready.

Exciting news...
This past Wednesday we received word that our District Grant application to help with Rural Healthcare Access in Guatemala was approved for $4,000. This will help provide doctors in Guatemala with a motorcycle, helmet and an ultrasound machine.

Flags for Heroes Corpus Christi
November 9 – 17, 2019
Honor your hero by sponsoring a flag with a $50 contribution. Heroes may include someone important in your life, whether they be military personnel, first responders, health care workers, grandparent, spouse, teacher, etc. A hero can be someone who is admired or idealized by you or someone close to you.
Each flag pole will have a 4″ recognition tag attached. Each tag will include the name of the individual it is in honor/memory of and the sponsor’s name. Tags will be given to the sponsors following the event.
Flags will be displayed at Ropes Park, Cole Park, and Oleander Point at Cole Park along Ocean Drive.
