International: Enhancing the Quality of Life for Mothers and Children through Healthcare, Egypt
The project will address the scarcity of comprehensive healthcare services, the increase in
malnutrition diseases that affect children, and causes of blindness. According to the World Bank,
the malnutrition prevalence was reported at 6.8% in 2008.
Domestic: Red Bird Mission, Kentucky
Red Bird Mission is providing spiritual, educational, health and outreach ministries for people in
remote Appalachia. An area of ministry is assistance for over 1600 families in crisis or in continu-
ing poverty, including clothing and furniture vouchers, food pantry assistance, and support for the
mothers of infants and toddlers.

Our preschool includes children ages 3-5 years. Our Parent’s Day Out includes children 12 months
and walking to 3 years. Both ministries encourage parents and families.
