1. Enroll Aadhaar No:

For updating Digital

Signature of Tahsildar and

enroll Aadhaar No. for bio-

metric authentication,

click on the Enroll

Aadhaar No. menu.

Officer role : Select the officer role as Tahsildar

User ID : Select the concerned Tahsildar user ID from list box.

Aadhar number: Enter the concered Tahsildar Aadhar numberin the check box.

Confirm Aadhar number: Re-enter the same Aadhar number forconfirmation.

Digital Token type: Select the type of existing Digital tokenused by Tahsildar from the dropdown list.

DLL file name: As per the type of Digital token selected theDLL file will be enabled automatically.

Officer Name: Enter the concerned Tahsildar name andclick on save button for updating the Digital token &enroll the aadhaar number in eland TS portal.

Select/ click on GO 59-Checkmemo, Scrutiny Memo

The below screen will beappeared. In Conveyance Deedcolumn click on not geneartedapplications.

Select/ click on Conveyance Deed GO.59 sub menu The below screen will be displayed.

Paste the copied Application number or enter theselected application number in the text box and click onView data.

The below screen with Applicant details will be appeared.

Verify/ Check the applicant details and click on the Accept/Reject button.

If you Accept the application the conveyance deed will bedisplayed as below without QR Code.

With right click it can be printed which can be saved as a draftcopy.

After viewing the conveyance deed, click on the Accept terms andconditions and then click on Capture Biometric & Generate CDbutton for biometric authentication.

After clicking on the Capture Biometric & Generate CD button,the Aadhaar based biometric authentication process is initiated.

Generation of Conveyance Deed

On successful biometric authentication of Tahsildar ConveyanceDeed will be generated with QR Code.

If Biometric authentication fails, the Conveyance Deed will not begenerated.

Note :- Ensure that MeeSeva papers are kept in printer beforeprinting.

Note :- A QR Code image can be read through any smart-phone having QR Code reader app to view the details ofConveyance deed details which have been entered i.e.applicant name, Address, Sy.No. and Extent etc.,

Conveyance deed – Manual Process

After taking print out, the Tahsildar concerned has to put hisink signature & his office seal on the Conveyance Deed.

The Tahsildar should ensure Registration of ConveyanceDeeds at the Sub Registrar’s office concerned in favour of thebeneficiaries.

The Sub Registrar concerned after due verification, has toRegister the Conveyance Deed free of cost, as the same isexempted from the payment of Stamp duty, Registration feeand transfer duty, as per the orders of the Government videG.O.Ms.No. 59, Revenue (Assn.I) Dept., Date:30.12.2014.

The Registration department shall furnish a referencenumber by which the document can be downloaded from theserver.

Upload Conveyance Deed

Manually Signed Conveyance Deed in original has to be scanned &uploaded to elandts web portal, with the Sl.No. of the MeeSevasecurity paper along with registration department referencenumber and also photos of the scheduled property & sketch of theland, with digital signature.
