Welcome back…we are glad to have you here…
It is great to have you considering swimming with Rockwood Swim Club this summer. We have included the National and College group for those of you with summer jobs requiring you get out before 9 am. Please consider competing at Sectionals at Lexana, Kansas this year and at Senior Nationals if you are qualified; the leadership college swimmers bring to the meet is priceless.
In order to be entered in meets, you must return your registration & fees by April 6th. If you want to be entered in any meets, you must do this NOW! Swimmers who are not registered and do not have a valid 2020 USA card cannot and will not be entered in these meets. Get in touch with in the office regarding a current USA Swimming card (some of you have already purchased one). The meets will fill up quickly, and we cannot miss any deadlines.
We will have most practices in the 50-meter pool at Crestview. If you do not have a USA Card, your practice option is Masters Group. Please remember to bring your equipment home with you, as we have none to spare. For more information, check the website for meets, travel, and any other information for the summer.
Good Luck with the end of your season and look forward to a strong long course season with the help each of you can provide.
Mary
