- 1 cup of ice
3. Banana Mango Smoothie
- 2/3 of Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon of Honey
- 1 cup of peeled ripe Mango
- ¾ cup of sliced Banana
- 1 cup of ice
4. Pineapple Banana Smoothie (Simple)
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1 Banana Sliced
- 1 cup of Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup of ice
5. Immune Boosting Berry Kiwi Smoothie
- Flax seeds
- 1 cup of Orange Juice
- ¾ cup of Raspberries

- 1 Banana

9. Caramel Apple Smoothie
- ¾ cup of Almond Milk
- 1 apple (your favorite kind)
- ¼ cup of unsweetened apple juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar free caramel syrup
- 1 cup of ice
10. Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
- 2 cups of ripe pineapple
- 1 cup of ripe mango
- ½ cup of celery
- 1 piece of ginger (at least 3 inches)
- 1 cup of coconut water
