4-1. Q & A and Technical Support Information )

1. Can it be used with Ipad as well as Iphone?Yes, it can. It is compatible with Android, Windows and even iOS. All Bluetooth devices can be connected. In addition, it is better to set Fn + A (Android) or + I (iOS) or + W(Windows) to match the O / S of the device you wish to use smart devices

2. What about battery life?It has high capacity Li-Po Battery. It can be used 4 or 5 times longer than other conventional keyboard which is 180mA.It can be used 1hour/day for a month after 4 hours Full Charging. The life cycle is 400-500 times and it can be used more than 40 years when it is charged 10 times a year.

3. How far does Wekey Pocket work?It works from 10m away places where doesn’t have a wall. Generally, it can work in the office or café without any trouble. The communication distance may be shortened in places; for example, electronic product exhibition where is electromagnetic interference.

4. It feels little bit strange because there is no key sensitivity…Wekey Pocket is lightweight, portable and it is for mostly mobile phone. It is not similar as existing desktop or notebook that you can use for large amount of work; however Wekey Pocket is for tablet and smartphone that you can use it when you have quick writing. We try to provide convenience and portability. Most people get used to it after 10 mins typing or it takes a day for some people.

5. Is it fully waterproof? Can I put it in the water?Wekey pocket is not waterproof products. It has Level 4 of water resistance that it is protected from spilling coffee or water. If Wekey Pocket goes in the water or if you put it in the water on purpose, please note that it cannot be fixed.

6. It looks like it will be easily broken because it is too thin...Wekey pocket is a certified product that has passed the drop test and impact test through strict quality certification authority.However, please put in the pocket or the place where impact is not severe. Severe impact might be applied in back pocket so it is better to keep it with your phone.

7. ‘Send’ doesn’t work when pressing ‘Enter key’ on KakaotalkWhen pressing ‘Enter key’, it moves down while texting on all type of keyboard in the world.However, if you want to use ‘Enter key’ to send the text, you can change it. Please, go to Kakaotalk Settings> Room settings> "Enter key Menu Paper Transfer”.

8. Switching language key doesn’t work.Sometimes your keyboard instead of the default settings provided by the manufacturer separatefrom the regular keyboard EphesianIt can happen when you use other keyboard applications instead of your device keyboard. In this case, please go to Settings>Keyboard>General Keyboard(or your own smart devicekeyboard).

※ Please check the O / S (iOS / Android, Windows) in advance and set it compatible with your OS. Please refer to the user guide for more information.

9. It doesn’t connect. Pairing problem..Sometimes, it connects automatically to initial device when you try to connect it with other devices. In this case, you need to disconnect an existing connection of your mobile phone or device in order to connect with new devices. Or you can press “Fn + P” for more than 3 seconds untilRed light flashes; the keyboard will reset and your device will disconnect automatically.Press Fn + P again to connect the keyboard with other devices.

※ Note: Wekey Pocket cannot connect with your device if your device connects with other Bluetooth devices such as smart watch, Bluetooth Earphone/Pen. Please, turn of other Bluetoothdevices connects with your device.

10. I am paying attention to its sound.Our Wekey Pocket built-in speaker, so you can adjust the key sensitivity into loud / medium/ silent.You are able to use the keyboard in the library or class by setting it to silent mode.Please refer to the manual about “[Fn + Backspace] Stroke Sound” for more information.
