Steps for LOSING the WEIGHT are

Prep “Week”: This 4-7 day period is not only prepping your body and mind, but your kitchen, too. During this time there are key steps needed:

If you are on medications, please know that there is nothing in our weight loss supplements that interfere with the efficacy of any medication. But, this is a low calorie diet, so please show your physician this plan and together make a decision about your health and weight.

Step 1 Prep ``week``:

Weigh yourself at the beginning of Prep “Week”

Practice your water drinking

Detox from diet and/or “sugar free” products that use artificial sweeteners (pink, yellow, bluepackets)

Start the Breakthrough M2 colon cleansing process

Create shopping list, go shopping, prep and store food for one week (you’ll be expected to do thisweekly)

Start adding in healthy high fats every day during this 4-7 day period

Steps 3 & 4 for Keeping it Off

your body stabilize and ease back in to consuming a higher calorie

eating plan. During

this step, you will be adding

back in the healthy high fats, all the fruits, all the veggies, some dairy, most of the

proteins (still staying away from pork – its takes up to three days to digest and uses an

exorbitant amount of energy).

This step has to be done when you want to stop the

low cal eating plan. So let’s say it is Friday and you get on the

scale and yippee, you have your reached goal! So that day, Friday

and Saturday don’t take anymore Breakthrough weight loss sup-plements….BUT stick to the

same low calorieeating plan you have

been doing.

Step 3 - Exit strategy

Do I have to do this step??

Please remember – at this point, cells have been emptied of fat. It will take a few weeks to have these cells be reabsorbed and discarded.

During this time, there is still no carbs, processed sugar, or alcohol.

These things trigger insulin; insulin opens the cell wall, and now the fat molecules can fit into the cell.

Normal healthy fat doesn’t make you fat. Carbs and sugar do.
