JOYCEE ARNEJA
KEEPING IT REALWhile I was taking care of the kids all the time I was not able to
give myself enough time. However, they have now started going to school and I have time for myself. I make sure that I follow what I need to do in order to bring my body fit.
WHAT’S THE SECRET? I am a vegetarian and I make sure that there is plenty of protein
in my diet. I don’t do anything extra, but I make sure that I go for my walk and that I stick to the diet that I have been prescribed by my dietician.
Thirty four-year-old Joycee Arneja dotes on her nine-year-old twins. After the kids were able to start going to school and Joycee found time to herself, she decided to work on her health. She says that staying fit is all about routine. This housewife lost 10 kgs over a period of six months and gives the credit to the stringent routine that she has been following.
I have learnt a lot
from Joycee. She has put me onto the path of being
healthy.

Sheela Sehrawat & Anvita Chhatwal
Dump high calorie from your diet- eliminate just one high calorie item from your diet such as latte, cream cheese and you can reduce your calorie intake by 250 per day.combine this with walking and you
can drop some kilos easily.
WHAT TO EAT AND DO A glass of warm water with lime
and honey works wonders. It is great for flushing out toxins and kickstarting metabolism.
