1. All Weepuls will be bagged in 50’s. For special packing in cartons of 50 Weepuls add $0.12 (r) per Weepul + $20 per carton to delivery cost.

2. Foil stamping set-up charges: $40 (r) from artwork supplied for hot foil stamping on acetate ribbon in one color. A range of colored ribbon is available. It is not possible to Pantone match ribbon and /or print colors using this method.

3. For all prints of two colors on acetate ribbon, hot foil stamping may be possible for an additional set-up charge of $40 (r) plus a running charge of $0.10 (r). Close registration of color is not possible.

4. Full color digital set-up charges: $40 (r) for full color print onto our digital poly soft ribbon attachments. Special cut shapes: Add an additional $40 (r). 5. If no ribbon is required, deduct $0.05 (r) from all weepul prices.

6. Print set up cost for handheld items, hat decals, pencils and bookmarks is $40 (r) and full color digital print is available as standard.

7. Print size for acetate ribbons is 33/4” x 5/8”(95mm x 17mm). Longer or shorter ribbon is possible but needs to be stated clearly in the order instructions and a price to be agreed. Failure to do so will result in our using our standard length .

8. Print size for the full color plasticised digital ribbon style attachment is 33/4” x 3/4” (95mm x 19mm). Add 3/4” (2mm) bleed all around if the background print overlaps the edge. Other sizes of this new style of ribbon attachment are possible. Price to be agreed.

9. Print sizes and templates for all printed items are available on request.

10. ARTWORK: All fonts should be changed to outlines/curves, or font files should be included. Vector based artwork should be saved in EPS, AI, or PDF format. Black and white files such as text or scanned images should be ‘Bitmap or Greyscale format with a resolution of 1200 dpi. Color files to be used in full colour digital should be saved in TIFF, JPEG or EPS format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi actual size. Allow 1/16“ bleed on all products where the print falls outside the cutter guide.

11. We can create artwork for you at a cost of $50(r). Normal print set-up cost of $40(r) per position would still be charged.

12. IN-HANDS DATE: If you have an “in-hands” date this must be clearly indicated on your PO. Orders will be delivered by end of day on the day you have listed. It is recommended that you list your “in-hands” date at least 1 day prior to event day. Your order will be shipped the “best-way” to meet your “in-hands” date with appropriate shipping charges billed to you.

13. Multiple item orders will qualify for total quantity pricing as per the catalog price per item, if the same imprint is used on all components and/or attachments.

14. Minimum quantity of any item within a multiple item order is $50 per item using the same imprint for all Weepuls within the order.

15. Plastic hats can be made in the colors indicated in the catalog. Subject to our stock at time of ordering. Catalog image colors will always be in stock.

16. Proofs of all print including repeat orders will always be provided. No production will commence until proofs have been approved. 1st and 2nd proofs are FREE of CHARGE. The 3rd Proof and each one thereafter will be charged at $40 (r). Production time is quoted from the first working day after date of approval. Changes to print, after proofs have been approved and components have been printed, will be charged at cost.

17. The first digital visual mock up will be provided free of charge to show a concept. One amendment is also free. Further Amendments will be charged at $40 (r) for each amendment. Allow 3 days for visual mock ups and 7 days for full pre production samples which will be charged at $50 per sample, and this includes delivery cost. 18. Two-sided print is available on all ribbon attachments and handholder components at an additional charge of $0.10 (r) per Weepul + an additional $40 (r) set up charge for full color digital print on poly soft ribbon or one color for foil stamp on acetate ribbon.

19. An additional ribbon can be added at a cost of an extra $0.10 (r) per Weepul + $40 (r) print set up for full color on the new digital style ribbon or per color for foil stamp on acetate ribbon.

20. Drop shipping will be quoted, according to your requirements.

21. International shipping will be quoted according to destinations.

22. We only ship using our Weepuline carrier account. We do not ship on third party accounts.

23. All Weepul orders have an extra charge for delivery. Please request a quotation.

24. All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail and any subsequent mistakes or queries are to be notified to us within 2 working days.

25. Any shortages or queries on deliveries to be notified within 10 days of receipt of goods.

26. Only items shown in the new catalog should be considered as stock items. All others are custom designs and will be quoted upon conclusion of the design process. This may take up to 10 working days to complete. One-off design samples will be charged at $30+ $20 delivery.

27. Factory choice assorted color Weepul orders are subject to a discount of 5%. Normal set up and delivery costs apply.Factory choice assorted animal Weepul orders are subject to a 10% discount. Normal set up and delivery costs apply.

28. Normal production time will be quoted on order acknowledgements. As a guide up to 2000 pieces in 10 working days, up to 5000 in 15 working days, up to 10000 pieces in 20 working days.

29. Rush service charge for orders up to 1000 Weepuls based on a prior agreement and required in less than 7 days from approval of artwork add 40% to all costs.For orders required in less than 10 days from approval of artwork add 30% to all costs.Approval of artwork is day one.

30. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by ourselves in producing the items ordered will be accepted by ourselves as being submitted in full compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer by submitting such copy or other material represents that the use thereof by ourselves on the items ordered will not violate any such laws. The customer hereby agrees to hold ourselves harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as a consequence of our use of said copy or another material or the operation undertaken by this agreement.
