I am trying to schedule a new client for an appointment, but the program does not show up in the drop down box under client program. What should I do?

Prior to scheduling an appointment, the consumer must be enrolled in a program. You can follow these steps to add a program:

1. Go to the client’s ECR2. Click show menu3. Choose Program History from the General

Information menu4. Select add program 5. Choose the organization and program to which

you would like to add the client and submit
