Sauté Celery and Onion. Mix with Vegetables and Mayonnaise. Put in a casserole dish and top with grated Cheese and crumbled Crackers on top of Cheese. Melt Margarine and pour over top. Bake at 350° until lightly brown.

• 1 can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
• 1/2 cup Celery
• 1/2 cup Onion
• 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 cup grated Cheese
• 1/2 stick Margarine
• 1 stack Ritz Crackers (crumbled)
