Week…

Week 22nd-26th of September:

Our Topic is All About My Family and making

Friends.

The Children will be learning about families and

Comparing their family lives to their class friends.

Talking about similarities and differences in parentage, siblings, extended family and

friends.

They will be taking part in various actives and sessions during the week in relation to topic.

KG1 Activity Sessions:

To return your child Medical form asap, this will allow us deal with any medical

concerns he/ she might have that we are not aware of.

To return parents information form for the mums that wish to participate in their

child class WhatsApp group.

School timings:

6:30am Sibling Bus to Primary.

6:45am Early drop off, children will be supervised in the garden, please sign your

child in before leaving them.

7:25am Classrooms open for Registration.

1:00pm Lessons End.

Late pick up until 1:30pm .

Story of the

Week

“Assessment Week”;

Story of the week will start taking place next week

OBJECTIVE: is to teach the children to listen attentively and inter-

act; respond to what they have heard and seen within a bigger group

session.

Early Literacy aims to help students develop emotional intelligence,

imagination and creatively; it supports the growth and development of the student personal-

ity and social skills.

Parents Meeting: following on Entry Assessment, there will be

parents evening where you will have the chance to meet with

your child teacher and discuss his/ her progress and how they

have settled in the Kindergarten.

Colour Day: Thursday 26th September Colour day will be RED.

Physical Education

PE Sessions will commence: week 22nd-26th September:

PE for KG1 will be one fixed session per week as follows: Sunday: KG1A – Ms Rachael Monday: KG1B – Ms Rizza

Please dress your child in his/her PE kit and trainers in the morning, which will be worn till home time. Please make sure to bring extra clothes in case they need to change.

REMINDER:-

Uniform; Please ensure that school uniform or PE clothes are worn everyday during the

school day.

Drop off; For the safety of your child, children must not be left at the gate or in the build-

ing/ reception with no adult supervision, he/she must be dropped in classroom if arriving on

or after 7:25.

Teachers: will be available to answer any queries or questions you may have every Sunday to

Thursday from 1:00 to 2:30pm, you may set an appointment or call them on school office.

Admission for the academic Year 2019-2020: is now open on our website:

and our admission officer will soon be in contact with you.

Term 1 Fees: The school is now collecting tuition fees for Term 1, this should have been al-

ready paid by now, if you have not yet done so, please visit the school office to pay by

cash/ card, if you prefer to pay via bank transfer please contact office for further details

‘Early Pick Up Pass’ from the

office for the teacher to allow the child to leave.
