• Junior Summer Production Scheherazade: Thursday 29th June and Monday 3rd July at 7.00pm in the Studio Theatre. Three sisters are looking for a birthday present for their Grandfather in a junk shop full of oriental charms! They discover a heavy, dust-covered book, ‘Tales of the Arabian Nights’. A mysterious character suddenly appears, bringing to life the story of Princess Scheherazade and her 1001 tales in a colourful and magical show. Book your tickets now!

• Tea Concert: Friday 9th June. There will be two venues for the Tea Concert after half term, YPH and Chapel, bothbeginningat5.00pm.Performerswillbenotifiedbyemail.Allwelcome.

• Lower School Scholars’ Concert: Monday 12th June. Our music scholars in Years 7 and 8 will be giving a concert in the Studio Theatre at 6.00pm on 12th June. Everyone is very welcome to come and hear our extremely talented young performers. The concert will last approximately one hour and rehearsals will take place after school on the day.

• Abingdon School Junior Orchestral Course: We are delighted to announce that we will be running a Junior Orchestral Course from 24th - 28th July 2017 at Abingdon School. Available for both girls and boys aged 9-15 years. This course is designed to give your child the chance to demonstrate their musical ability, potential and, most importantly, to give them the chance to enjoy making music in the company of other talented musicians of their own age. • Duke of Edinburgh’s Award - Congratulations to Casey Duignan, Charlotte Hearn, Alex Phillip and Eleanor Stubley on the completion of your Silver Award. Congratulations to Ella Crowcombe, Claudia Hall, Hatty Jacobs and Amelia Windsor on the completion of your Bronze Award.

• The Second Hand Uniform Shop: The shop will be open twice during the week after half term, on Monday 5th June at our normal time of 8.00am - 9.00am and again on Wednesday 7th June at 12.15pm - 1.15pm. Good quality second hand uniform is always welcome, especially with many new parents looking to buy uniform for their daughters ahead of September.
