Current Activities this Week:

Mass Excavation:

Grading is ongoing in Area 3. Backfilling of on-grade

is ongoing in Area 1.

Site Utilities:

Installation of the new electrical ductbank is complete.

Storm Sewer installation (Line 6000) is ongoing on

east side of France Family Drive.

Foundations:

Area 3 Field Level – Footing installation is ongoing and is

Complete to Column Line 6.

Area 4 Mezzanine Level – Installation of Drilled Piers

are ongoing.

Structural Steel Erection:

Area 1 – Steel Erection in sequence 1-2 is nearly

complete to Column Line 23

Decking is nearly complete in sequence 1-1 on

Mezzanine and Concourse Levels. Installation of studs

and edge plates have started. Decking on Suite Level

has started.

Secondary service ducts is complete from Electrical Room

01.34.04 south past Column Line 25.

Installation of secondary service ducts at Column Line D

Is installed to Column Line 24.

Projected Activities occurring next Week:

Mass Excavation:

Grading at Truck Dock Area will continue.

Site Utilities:

Installation of the Storm Line 6000 on the East Side (France

Family Drive) of the site will continue.

Deep Underground Plumbing:

Sanitary in Area 3 will continue.

Foundations:

Area 2 Field Level – Placement of foundation walls east of

Stage will continue.

Area 3 Field Level – Footing placement will continue and

wall installation will begin.

Structural Steel Erection:

Erection of Structural Steel in Sequence 1-4 will begin.

Decking installation on Suite Level of Sequence 1-1 will

continue.

Area 1 – Structural Steel Erection at West

Building to Suite Level 1 Floor is nearly

complete to 23-Line.
