MISSIONARYOF THE WEEK

Kennedy and Wendy PaizsThailand

Kennedy and Wendy have served with TEAM as church planters in Thailand since 1999. They began by helping plant a church in Eastern Thailand with Thai partners. In 2005, they ministered to the tsunami-hit region of Southern Thailand, reaching out to tsunami survivors and planting more churches. In 2011, the Paizs’ moved to Northern Thailand where they helped start a church focused on Thai Buddhists. Kennedy also partners with Thai church leaders using oral methods of Bible storytelling to disciple and evangelize. Wendy has been evangelizing and discipling small groups of Thai women. When they return to Thailand, the Paizses will move to Nakhon Ratchasima in the East and their focus will be leadership training for Thai believers with the goal of planting churches in the least reached regions. Pray for wisdom as Kennedy and Wendy disciple and train local Thai leaders to continue the work of spreading the gospel.
