2012 ARCHBISHOP’S ANNUAL APPEAL Update: This past weekend, we received Archbishop’s Annual Appeal 2012 Pledges in the amount of $353.00. When added to previous donations, it gives us a total of $13,717.60. Our goal amount for 2012 is $33,400.00.

Thursday, May 31st is the feast day of the Visitacion of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Our Parish will be celebrating this feast day with a special mass at 7:00 a.m. After the mass, all are welcomed to join us in a fellowship that will take place in the Church Vestibule.

SPECIAL SECOND COLLECTION

Next weekend, June 2nd & 3rd, we will be taking up a special second collection for the Colomban Fathers, a Catholic missionary society that was founded in 1918 to proclaim and witness to the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Rev. Peter Kenny, a Colomban missionary, will preach at all of the Masses next weekend. Rev. Kenny, originally from Ballydangan, Ireland, was ordained a Colomban Missionary priest in 1958. He spent over 25 years of his mission life in the Philippines, before serving in Australia and then the Unites States. He is currently the House Superior in Los Angeles, CA.
