Everyday Maths https://play.ttrockstars.com/We have brought in a new website which you can all play on to help you learn and practise your times tables. Your parents should’ve received an email with your username and password. Once you have this,

you can play the different games. ‘Garage’ is a game set by your class teacher where they decide which times table you should practise each week. Try and keep improving your scores each time. If you fancy a challenge, try ‘Rockslam’. You can pick another student or even a teacher to challenge against tables up to 12 X 12. For every game you play, you earn coins that you can spend in their online shop where you can change your rockstars outfits! So have a go at logging in and playing some of the games!

SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar)

This week we are using inverted commas (also known as speech marks) in a sentenceSpeech marks look like this “_________ “ and go around the words that the person is SAYING out loud to someone else. E.G. “Please stop it!” shouted Meg.

Writing ABCB PoemsThis week’s writing is based on the poem ‘I Wish I was A Pirate’This week we have created videos to help with your writing this week. You can find these on our school website.Lesson 1 - PlanningYou may notice that in this poem, the last word of the second and fourth lines rhyme.

Science Over the next few weeks in Science we will be learning about ‘Eating Healthy’ and the ‘Digestive System’.
