I would like to congratulate each of our students for their achievements, with every student from UCS receiving an award. Special congratulations to our Distinguished Achievers award recipients, Seth McCubbin, Jared Robb and Jack Wason. Your hard work and dedication has certainly paid off! Well done to Seth McCubbin and Jackson Benness who both performed one of their HSC Music pieces in front of the captivated audience. Thank you to Year 11 students Josh Roscarel and Braden Payne who assisted as MC’s. We now look forward to our UCS Graduation next Thursday night at the Ungarie Bowling Club. Today we had the HSC Music markers here to mark Jackson and Seth’s HSC Music performances. The boys performed four pieces that they have been working on this year. Well done boys! Congratulations to those primary students who competed at the Western PSSA Athletics Championships in Dubbo last Friday. It’s not an easy feat to make the Lower Lachlan PSSA team so well done for your efforts. Each year we look forward to receiving feedback from parents expressing your views on your child’s experience at school. Please provide your feedback by completing the Partners in Learning Parents survey at http://nsw.tellthemfromme.com/ungariecs The survey will close on Friday 25 October. On Tuesday night, I had the absolute pleasure

Emergency Services Day

On Friday, 27th of September, K-6 students will be attending the Emergency Services Day at

Wyalong Public School. This day is designed to have students interact with emergency services

workers, learn more about their jobs and test out their knowledge of what to do in an emergency

situation.

Thursday 26th September UCS will be participating in the 2019 Footy Colours Day, which is a national fundraising campaign supporting Kids

with Cancer.

Students & staff are encouraged to wear their favourite footy teams’ colours on the day and contribute a gold coin

donation.
