This has been a ban-ner year at Elmhurst as we celebrated 125 years of service to the community. Thanks to all who cel-ebrated with us at the Evening Under the Elms. Wheeling Jesuit University students joined us for a wonderful afternoon of watercolor painting under the direction of Georgia Tambasis, assistant professor of art. Residents learned various techniques of this art form, including using a straw to move the paints around the paper. Getting acquainted over art was great!
