Their ability to serve these kids well for the long haul is largely dependent on help from others. One of the most impactful ways to help foster families in our church or the community is to become a verified babysitter, a state requirement to care for a foster child. FBCSA partnered with The South Texas Alliance for Orphans to train and certify. Must be 18 yrs of age. PRAYER MINISTRYEach Sunday during the FBCSA televised worship service, the church invites viewers who want prayer to call a designated prayer line. The number of calls continues to increase, and the Telephone Prayer Ministry needs additional volunteers to answer calls and pray with those seeking prayer.
