room. The Lobby retains to much of its original 1893 grandeur.

An Art Nouveau chandelier graces the 20-foot ceiling.

the Rental fee incluDes:

• Three (3) hours for event set up prior to event start

• One (1) hour at its conclusion for break-down and load-out

• Use of Ruggles Hall and the Lobby for ceremony, cocktails, and dinner with dancing

• Use of Towner Fellows’ Lounge and other smaller rooms to serve as your “Wedding Suite” for finishing touches or “Wedding Couple Retreat” between ceremony and reception

• Use of all our cocktail, high boy, 6’ tables, and dinner rounds as well as our opera and padded chairs

• Use of our Steinway Grand piano

• Perimeter decor, such as votive candles and lights in the corridors and staircase

• Limited use of the Newberry parking lot; discount arrangement at nearby garage for overflow cars

• Seasonal coat check (October - May)

• Building security and a Facilities representative on-site for the duration of the event

• A staff person from the Events Office who will work closely with you and be present for the duration of your event
