Security of Private PropertyBrown’s Brewing Company will notassume responsibility for damages, loss or theft of any personal property, materials or articles left on premise, prior to, during or after a function in Brown’s Brewing Company’s Taproom or Revolution Hall. All gifts must be re-moved from the premises immediately following the event.
Menu Selection & GuaranteeMenu prices are subject to change depending on fl uctuation in market pricing of some food items. Specifi c menu prices may be confi rmed twelve months prior to an event.
Multiple entrée selections require specifi c entrée count guarantee. The fi nal guarantee of attendees for an event is required three business days prior to the event. In the event no guarantee is received, the initial expected number of guests will apply. Brown’s Brewing will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed number, but reserves the right to substitute items if required. Additional charges may apply for groups of less than 100 persons.
DepositWe require a $500 non-refundable deposit to confi rm specifi c dates for your event. $2,000 is due 6 months prior to the wedding. A payment sched-ule can be arranged. Checks and credit cards will be processed the day we receive payment. Deposit will be held and ap-plied to your fi nal balance which is due on the date of the event. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% fee.
