Finer Details
The Hotel requires adeposit of €1,000 and asigned contract in order toconfirm your wedding date.A second deposit of €1,000will be required 6 monthsafter this date. A third deposit of €1,000 is required 2 months prior to the wedding date. All deposits are non refundable. All accounts tobe settled the day after the reception by cheque,bankdraft or bank card. All charges are inclusive of prevailing Government Tax.
There is no service charge. Final number of guests must be submitted 72 hours prior to Wedding date. This will be the number charged for on the day. Any increase in the numbers attendingwill be charged for accordingly. Table planwill be accepted no laterthan 5 days prior to yourwedding date and mustbe presented via emailon the Radisson TablePlan template provided.
The Hotel will not accept responsibility for any entertainment that has not directly been reserved by the Hotel. It is essential that all entertainmentarrangements have theapproval of the hotelmanagement, prior to thedate of your reception.All entertainers mustprovide their own equipment and accept fullresponsibility for their own equipment and instruments.
Wedding Deliveries: No food or beverage maybe served or consumedon the premises unlesssupplied by the Hotel.This clause does not applyto the Wedding Cakeor wine/champagnesupplied for WeddingMeal once prior arrangements have beenmade with management/Wedding Coordinator.These items should bedelivered to the hotel atleast 24 hours in advanceof the Wedding Date.
