Nestled in the charming and romantic setting of Lavender Bay, the
Kirribilli Club overlooks one of the world’s most spectacular harbours
with views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Luna Park and The Rocks,
making it the ideal location for your wedding ceremony and reception.
With two amazing functions spaces available, and the ability to cater
for 50 – 300 guests, you will take comfort in knowing we have the
perfect space for you.

Ceremonies
Ceremonies in Lavender BayOffering Sydney Harbour Bridge, Lavender Bay and city views, Clark Park is the perfect
location for your outdoor garden ceremony.
Located directly opposite the Kirribilli Club, the peaceful and tranquil location is the ideal
start to your Kirribilli Wedding experience. Just a little bit further down from Clark Park is
the beautiful “Secret Garden” created by Wendy Whiteley. Over time Wendy has treated
the garden like a giant painting, and the beautiful garden has become a coveted spot for
those who have heard about or chanced upon it, with random benches in quiet spots,
secluded paths, and a spectacular view to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Both of these
stunning gardens offer a picturesque and intimate garden space, offering the perfect
backdrop to your special day.

If you decide to book your wedding ceremony at Clark Park or Wendy Whiteley
“Secret Garden”, the Kirribilli Club can coordinate your wedding ceremony décor for you.
Our suppliers can supply ceremony chairs, bridal arches, florals, signing tables, carpet
runners or petal aisle and lots more to bring your dream wedding to life. In the event the
weather looks like it may affect the proceedings of your ceremony in the park, we can
set up an alternate ceremony location within the Kirribilli Club.

Planner
Menu and Beverage SelectionOur catering is supplied by the “Dedes Group”, offering a
contemporary Australian menu with a Mediterranean twist.
Your guests will experience nothing other than an unforgettable
dining experience with the emphasis on creating generous, vibrant
and fresh cuisine. Our seasonal menu offers modern and innovative
options for your special day and we have included our new menu
within this planner.
Menu tastings are available for two guests. We suggest you come in
for your menu tasting approximately 2 months prior to your wedding
reception. Please inform your Wedding Coordinator of your ideal date
and menu selections.
Our specially selected wine list has been thoughtfully picked to
complement our beautiful menu. All packages include 1 x sparkling,
1 x white wine, 1 x red wine and 2 x premium bottled beers from our
Premium/Deluxe Beverage Package.
(Hahn Light is served as the light beer at all weddings).
Event Timings An example run sheet of our 3 course sit down wedding reception
has been included within your planner. Timings will differ from
wedding to wedding so please be ready to discuss your timings with
your Wedding Coordinator.

Additional Room HireYou may extend your wedding reception by 1 hour (maximum) at
an additional charge of $500. This must be arranged prior to your
reception. All guests must vacate the Club latest by midnight.
Table DécorOur function rooms have round tables seating up to 10 guests
comfortably, set with quality white linen, napkins, cutlery, crockery and
glassware to suit your menu and beverage selection. Table numbers
and stands are included.
Client ServicesWe understand that every wedding is unique, that’s why we offer a
flexible service and our warm approach will reassure you that you’re in
the capable hands of people who really care. We are always available
to answer your questions, provide helpful advice and we ensure your
dream becomes a reality by bringing your magical day together!

we have a list of our preferred and trusted suppliers that can supply
centrepieces for you. Please don’t hesitate to discuss different options
with your Wedding Coordinator.
Please note: You may also work directly with our suppliers if there
is something specific you would prefer for your wedding reception
centrepieces. Our suppliers can work directly with you when
selecting floral types and colours to suit your wedding style
and theming.

Sample Floor PlansFloor plan examples have been included within this planner to give
you an idea of the varied ways our Harbourview Lounge and Grand
Ballroom can be set up for a wedding reception. A personalised floor
plan will be created for you once details such as your guest numbers,
décor and theming are confirmed.
