The Owners Club provides a stunning venue for weddings of up to 200 guests.

With modern décor and floor to ceiling windows it offers a light venue with views overlooking the landscaped parade ring.

Bi-fold doors open out onto the grassy lawn which is perfect for guests to enjoy a drinks reception and take in the beautiful surroundings.

THE OWNERS CLUBThe Royal Box provides a classic alternative for those who desire a smaller and more exclusive ceremony or wedding breakfast.

Seating up to 50 guests, The Royal Box is a private venue steeped with Royal heritage. Decorated in a classically elegant style with its own function room, separate bar and balcony with stunning views overlooking the racecourse.

The Lodge is our onsite 36-bedroom hotel, conveniently located adjacent to our wedding suites. It is also just a short walk from Newbury Racecourse train station.

With preferred rates for wedding guests, The Lodge will provide the perfect overnight accommodation for your wedding party.

HOW TO BOOKTo check availability of your preferred suite please call 01635 40015. Once a date has been agreed we will make a provisional booking for you and hold the date without obligation for14 days. If we do not receive the deposit and signed contract within 14 days, the date will automatically be released.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

A non-refundable deposit (25% of total booking) and a signed contract are required to secure your booking. Approximately twelve weeks prior to your wedding our Wedding Co-ordinator will discuss your final arrangements and issue an invoice based on minimum contracted numbers.

Final numbers are required two weeks prior to the function. Please note Newbury Racecourse reserves the right to book more than one event on the same date.

If you require exclusive use of the entire venue an additional charge will apply.

CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel at any time prior to the date of the event the following cancellation charges will apply:

• Twelve weeks and over - 25% non-refundable deposit

• Between twelve weeks and four weeks - 50% of the quoted rates

• Four weeks and under - 100% of the quoted rates

The cancellation charge is based on the minimum numbers agreed on the event contract.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A credit card number is required for on-the-day extras.

If you are having a larger reception with up to 700 guests, we have a number of marquees around the estate as well as the impressive Dubai Duty Free Grandstand.

As well as ample parking and glorious countryside perfect for photos, you have the flexibility to bring your own professional caterer and decorate the suite to your liking.

Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire is 50 miles west of London, adjacent to the M4 and a 15-minute drive from the M3,with plenty of dedicated car parking available on-site. In addition, the Racecourse’s own mainline railway station has connections to London Paddington, Reading and the West.
