WelcomeCongratulations on your upcoming Wedding!

We are excited to get to know you and help you plan the wedding of your dreams. Here at Weddings by Coreena we plan for every possible outcome and strive for perfection.

Every package includes a customized planning notebook, provision of a complete emergency kit, and a complimentary initial meeting. To best help you plan your dream wedding, the initial meeting will cover:

About UsWeddings by Coreena was born in 2017 out of a passion for love, planning, and helping people. I began my journey in 2014 when I planned my own wedding and realized it involved everything I loved to do. I have always had an inexplicable need to organize and create things but was unhappy in the typical desk job. Once I discovered my calling I began the process of becoming certified so I could help other’s wedding dreams come true with as little stress as possible.

My goal is to make your dream wedding not only possible, but also stress free. I offer Day of Services as well as three different, affordable packages. It is possible to plan your own wedding but there are so many factors and it is very easy for something to go wrong or go over budget. That's why I offer such affordable services. I love my job and I want you to be able to relax and enjoy your dream wedding day without going broke or stressing about what could happen. That's why I do what I do.

Although I am new to the industry, I have been planning all my life. I am a planner by nature and have volunteered my time on multiple occasions. I have planned and worked many events for the Girl Scouts and helped many of my friends and family plan and execute their weddings.

My goals for this business include breaking even the first year, moving into a great office location by the fifth year, and being able to take on interns and possibly hire an assistant by the tenth year. I will make this possible by marketing my business via my favorite social media outlets and plan beautiful weddings.

What does “Certified” mean?

A certification or license is not required to become a wedding or event planner in the United States, however, a certification does prove a certain level of knowledge and experience. Often when vendors search for Wedding and Event Planners to work with, the first thing they look for to ensure competency is training and certification.

Becoming a Certified Wedding and Event Planner is a type of formal education that focuses solely on planning weddings and events. It requires taking a course, participating in an internship, and passing an exam. This means to be Certified, a person must have knowledge of the wedding industry, how to plan a successful wedding, and how to run a business.

You can take comfort in knowing your Certified Planner is educated to help you plan your dream wedding with as little stress as possible to you and your families.

Make sure to make time with family, especially parents to share memories of times gone by and to say thank you. Take photos of your last hours at home as a single person. Take some quiet time for yourself. Close your eyes and visualize every step of the coming day. This will relax you and help prevent unforeseen incidents.

The Morning of Your Wedding

Have a small meal before leaving for the wedding. Don’t bring too many personal items that you have to worry about later. Stay calm. If you run behind schedule, take a deep breath and remember that the ceremony will wait for you! Your family and friends want to see you shine and not be frazzled because you are running late. Relax and let your happiness carry the day.
