THE WEST LOUNGE
Tastefully furnished and spacious
lounge, perfect for relaxing before or
after dinner and for guests to gather
before the formalities. We hold a Civil
Licence for this room to host a wedding
ceremony at 3:00pm.
STRATHAVEN SUITE
Our tailored reception suite is perfectly
suited for the occasion and caters for
up to 190 guests, complete with private
garden terrace, bar, and stage - with it’s
own dressing room. Fully air-conditioned,
cloakroom facilities are located at the
entrance to the suite.

Renowned for its fine dining, high
standard of service and excellent wine
list, Lauders is a haven of refinement
and can be available for private hire for
intimate weddings of up to 40 people.

each with the facilities you would
expect to make the bridal party, family
and guests comfortable during their

£600 Payable with written confirmation, a further£600 payable 6 months prior to wedding date.(All non refundable).
A 15% Discount will be given on all Receptions held on Sunday and Thursday, 20% Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with guaranteed numbers in excess of 80 persons.
We request you advise us of your entertoinmentas certain bands are no longer welcome at thehotel due to their unprofessional conduct.

We would require the finol numbers for catering purposes 48 hours prior to the function and thisis the number on the final account.
Your estimated account will be included withyour function details which will be sent eightweeks prior to your wedding. This is due for payment four weeks prior to your wedding day.Any balance due to hotel/you will be paid the fol-lowing day.
Should the function be cancelled the following charges will apply: - within eight weeks of the event 50% of the
estimated account.- within two weeks of the event 75% of the
estimated account. - within one week of the event 100% of the
estimated account.
