The Reserve is perfect for intimate weddings up to 100 guests. Our Bride & Groom rooms are your private retreat to relax and be pampered before the big event. With a variety of rooms suited for celebrations of all sizes, Mitas Hill can also host romantic Proposals for two, elegant Bridal Showers, lively Bachelorette Soirees and extraordinary Rehearsal Dinners.

Applies to All Rentals

SECURITY/DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT $500 A deposit is required 90 days prior to your event. If the rented rooms are left in the same condition as they were found, and no damage to the venue, its furnishings, equipment, etc., has been caused by Lessee or its agents, vendors, or guests during your event, your deposit will be refunded after your event.

TABC CERTIFIED BARTENDING SERVICES All alcohol must be served by TABC certified bartenders. **Mitas Hill can only provide bartending services when Mitas Hill Vineyard wine is the ONLY alcohol being served. You are required to hire an approved TABC certified bartending service if you wish to server other alcohol. See our Alcohol Policy for additional information.

CATERING SERVICES AND OTHER VENDOR SERVICES $2500 We do allow outside catering. All outside caterers must do a site tour and sign a waiver to be approved.

*Outside caterers will not have access to the Mitas Hill Kitchen or any catering items belonging to Mitas Hill Vineyard (for example, plates, glassware, utensils, ice, etc). They must bring their own mobile kitchen for cooking, meal storage, refrigeration and all staff with company name s or nametags visible on uniforms at all times. Also printed menus must state, “catering provided by” and state the name of the outside caterer. They must have all current permits and inspections.

DAY OF EVENT COORDINATOR You are required to have a Day of Event Coordinator to execute your event and manage your timeline. Mitas Hill Vineyard does NOT provide a Day of Event Coordinator; however we have a preferred vendors list that may assist you in locating one.
