Wedding Menu Wedding Menu Policies & Information

ALL PRICING IN THIS MENU IS BASED ON GROUPS OF 200 OR LARGERPRICING FOR SMALLER GROUPS:151-199 Add $1 per guest 125-150 Add $3 per guest 100-124 Add $5 per guest

MINIMUMSPricing in this menu is designed for groups of 200 people or larger. Should your guest count fall below 200, please see above pricing. Please consult a representative if your group is smaller than 100 guests and we will be happy to prepare a quote for you.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & DEPOSIT INFORMATION50% deposit is required at the time of confirming the date (credit cards are accepted). For groups booking over a year out, $2500 deposit can hold the date, and then remainder of the 50% will be due with menu selections a minimum of 3 months prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due FIFTEEN working days prior to your event along with final details. In the event of extenuating circumstances, any portion of the bill which is left unpaid will be due on the night of your event.

CANCELLATION POLICYDeposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, deposit will be kept until the date has been rebooked. If the date is not rebooked, your deposit will be forfeited.

GUARANTEED GUEST COUNTGuaranteed count of attending guests must be confirmed with our office FIFTEEN working days prior to your event. Due to special ordering procedures, it is not possible to extend this time. Final guest count will be the minimum number for which you will be billed. After this time, you are welcome to increase the guest count if needed. In addition to the guest count, we will need all menu selections, rental selections, head table counts, layouts of your events, any special requirements and other logistical information necessary for the success of your event.

INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE FROM SAZ’S CATERING All menu selections in this packet include the following items in addition to what is listed on each package. Some restrictions apply.1. All china, flatware, glassware and linen napkins (standard solid colors) associated with our services. This includes our stock pattern of china,

flatware, and glassware (glassware is limited to water goblet). Upgrades are available for additional cost for china, flatware and glassware and your representative can show you various options for these.

2. Your wedding cake cut and served by our staff at no additional charge. (Cake must be provided by a licensed bakery. State law requires no personal food items will be allowed to be brought in and served.)3. Coffee service with dinner- includes regular and decaffeinated coffee, plus hot tea on request.4. Formally dressed and professionally trained wait staff and personnel.5. Attractive, professional, elegant serving lines and stations.

LINEN PACKAGES Standard Linen Tablecloth Package-$ 2.50 per personThis package will include all standard floor-length linen tablecloths you will need for your reception. • White or ivory floor-length linen for your guest tables and cake table• White, black or ivory floor-length linen for your head table, place card table, gift table, and dj table (6 table maximum)• White, black or ivory floor-length linen for your buffet, hors d’oeuvres or station tables

* This package includes 120 inch round linens for 60 inch round tables and 90 x 156 linens for 8ft banquet tables. Additional sizes of linens are also available at an additional cost. Please see your sales manager for details.

SIT DOWN DINNERSOur menus are priced based on events with one entrée choice for sit downs. If you choose more than one entrée, we require you to provide place cards or identification as to what each guest has ordered. In addition, there will be a $1.50 per person fee for more than one entrée due to additional staffing requirements (special needs menus, vegetarian menus and kids choices are exempt.) Please be accurate on your guest count.

LEFT OVER FOODIt is a Saz’s Catering policy and the policy of the State of Wisconsin Health Department that any food left over from a banquet is not allowed to be taken by the guest, and remains property of Saz’s Catering. As such, we do not allow food to be taken off the premises and do not provide to-go containers.

SIGNED CONTRACTSSaz’s Catering requires that a signed contract accompany your deposit. This contract can be changed with count and menu changes up to FIFTEEN working days prior to your event.

SERVICE CHARGESMenu pricing is subject to 22% service charge and standard sales taxes. Should your event require additional or increased labor, this will be billed accordingly. Service charges are labor charges and not staff gratuity. We do not charge a gratuity and leave that to each individual client's discretion.

TASTINGSOf course we do tastings! We offer these by appointment only (based on availability) Monday through Thursday during the hours of 9 am and 5:30 pm. Tastings are designed to help our clients decide their menu choices should they have confusion or questions regarding certain items on our menus. We do charge $25 per guest for individual tastings. When you book Saz’s Catering for your event, this fee is deducted from your invoice. Six guests are the maximum that are allowed for tastings. Please call your representative for more information or to schedule your personalized tasting.

SPECIAL MENU REQUESTSThis menu is designed to give you a taste of what Saz’s Catering can offer your event. A wide variety of other menus are available upon request. If you’d like something customized, please ask and our chefs would be happy to create the perfect menu just for you. Children’s, vegetarian and dessert menus are available. We’re here to serve you - our guest- and your request is our pleasure!

BAR SERVICESaz’s does offer full bar service at certain locations. Please consult a representative for information, bar menus and pricing.

PRICING GUARANTEESDue to fluctuating market conditions, pricing within these menus is subject to change and is only valid for 120 days. Menus are evaluated and updated at the beginning of each calendar year. Should your pricing change, we will notify you in writing. In addition, with deposit, we guarantee that pricing will not go higher than 5% above listed pricing at the time you book your event.

DISCOUNTS ~ SPECIAL INCENTIVE RATESSaz’s Catering offers a 5% discount for Sunday weddings throughout the year.Saz’s Catering offers a 5% discount on all weddings (any day of the week) during the months of January, February and March.Only one discount is offered per event (example if you have a Sunday wedding during January you would only receive a 5% discount).No discounts are offered surrounding holidays or holiday weekends (example- no discount offered during Memorial or Labor Day weekends).

HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL DATESAdditional service charges will apply to the following dates: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Easter Weekend and Fourth of July Weekend. Service charges are billed at 1.5 times the standard rate.

ROOM FLIP FOR ON SITE CEREMONYIf a ceremony is being held in the same space/location as the reception, Saz's Catering charges $2 per person to reset the room prior to dinner. This covers the additional staff required for the basic moving of tables, chairs and linens. Additional fees may be applied for more complex set up requirements.
