TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The bride or groom must sign a wedding video contract before servicesare rendered.Payment terms are as follows:

1. * P15, 000 *down-payment, non-refundable, is required to secure

date. (Deductible from the package price)2. The remaining balance on the day of the event.

If the wedding is cancelled or the date is changed, the down payment

made is forfeited. An additional P5, 000.00 non-refundable down-payment will be required to secure a new wedding date.

Should the Client cancel the Chug Cadiogans service(s), the downpayment given to Chug Cadiogan will not be refunded. These monies will

be considered as liquidated damages to compensate the PRODUCER forloss of income.

If the client(s) opt to cancel CHUG CADIOGANs service(s), the client(s)

should inform CHUG CADIOGAN 90 days prior to the wedding date.Otherwise, the contract is still valid and monetary obligations should beabided.

If the down payment is paid by check and the check is returned, thecontract is void and the date is no longer secured.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to secure permission of thechurch, synagogue or other officials to film the ceremony. The deposit is

non-refundable if such officials prevent filming.

CHUG CADIOGAN shall take utmost care to produce a DVD of goodquality. However, CHUG CADIOGAN is not be held responsible for

circumstanced beyond his control, including but not limited to power

failure, equipment malfunction, client misuse of equipment. If filming isprevented due to such occurrences, all money paid will be refunded.

In any event liability on the part of CHUG CADIOGAN will be limited to areturn of all monies paid.

CHUG CADIOGAN make no guarantees, either expresses or implied, in

regard to aesthetic qualities of the completed video.

CHUG CADIOGAN reserves the right to use any and/or all footage forpromotional purposes.

Clients assume all liability for any form of copyright infringement.

It is the clients sole responsibility to inform CHUG CADIOGAN of anyspecific needs to changes in events.

By this contract between ________________ the client(s), andCHUG CADIOGAN, the videomaker, it is mutually agreed that the

videomaker shall supply the services and goods specified in thisagreement, and that the client shall pay the price agreed of:

All weddings are shot w/ 3 High Definition Cameras,Wireless Microphone, Appropriate Lighting & Stabilizers(Tripod, Glidecam, Camera-crane). And we document fromdressing-up until the end of the reception program. All rawfootages are also turned over to the client.

You may expect CHUG CADIOGAN to provide high qual ity, well-present

video film of your wedding day. Filmed in the style and manner indicatin the examples of his work that you have been invited to view.

Any individual aspects or particular requests with regard to your video

should be made prior to you signing this contract.

Turnover of the final edited video is 8 months after the wedding. Failuto claim or collect the video within 6 month after notice shall relieve an

release Chug Cadiogan Cinema from any and all liability in case of loss damage of the footage.
