WEDDING PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Full terms and conditions will be laid out on your wedding contract with the resortValue-adds cannot be combined and may not be substituted or redeemed for monetary value.

All rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars and inclusive of taxes. Surcharges may apply if government taxes or third party services increase without notice.

All functions have the following curfew times:• Indoor from 6pm until 10.30pm • Outdoor from 6pm until 10.00pm

DAULOMANI WEDDING PACKAGE

Requires minimum 15 rooms or 30 guests and above staying at Warwick Fiji. For than 50 guests, an additional charge per person applies which covers the dinner buffet and three hour standard beverage package. No refunds or price adjustments will be permitted.

Couples “Dua Vata” (together) massage has been created especially for the Daulomani wedding package and includes a 30 minute milk bath followed by a 45 minute aromatherapy massage.

APPLICATION FOR LICENSE

The marriage parties must forward certified photocopies of their personal documents to the Resort for verification purpose at least two months before the wedding. Original (Personal) documents to be presented to the Resort Wedding Planner by the party on arrival.

The following documents are required to get married in Fiji. Please send copies of the required documents to your Wedding Planner.

• Original Birth Certificate of Bride and Groom

• Original and valid passports of Bride and Groom

• Single status declaration of Bride and Groom

• If divorced, original Certificate of Divorce of Bride and/or Groom

• Name of two witnesses who are over the age of 21 years

• If Bride and/or Groom are/is under the age of 21 years, Fiji law requires Letters of Consent from both parents. If one of the parents is deceased a Death Certificate is required.

• Completed and signed Marriage License Form. A Marriage License Form will be sent to the Bride and Groom one month prior to the wedding for completion and signing. This will need to be sent back to your Wedding Planner to pre-lodge the marriage license including certified copies of the required documents stated.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE

CELEBRANT OR MINISTERS

The resort offers the choice of a Celebrant or Minister to Conduct ceremonies here in Fiji. We also have vow Templates reflecting different denominations as well as Celebrant cues to assist couples in putting together their Vows. This is issued upon specific request.

CATHOLIC WEDDING REQUIREMENT

A Pre-nuptial Form/Certifcate and Letter of Certification from the couple’s priest is to be sent 60 days prior to the Wedding Planner in order to have a local Catholic priest Conduct the wedding.
