Wedding Ceremony Packages

We can cater for the intimacy of an elopement or private ceremony for 2 or a grand celebration with family and friends.

We have a variety of locations available for both wedding ceremonies and reception celebrations. The resorts golden sandy beach with the turquoise lagoon and a palm fringed islet as a backdrop is a spectacular setting, to create a truly gorgeous occasion for you and your guests. Or for a truly tropical island escape ceremony, we can host your ceremony on an uninhabited island just a few hundred metres off the mainland, located in the protected crystalline waters of the lagoon. We also boast a stunning poolside option with the lagoons in the background or tropical garden locations are available.

We can customise the occasion to accommodate any special needs or individual wishes of our wedding couples.

Terms and Conditions

Price Changes

All package prices are fixed and guaranteed for the period stated. Prices for photographers, videographers, hair & make-up services, entertainment, floral arrangements, wedding cakes may change slightly without notice but these will be confirmed at time of booking the service. The Bar prices are indicative and beverages will be charged for as per the resorts restaurant beverage list as at the time of the function or at that as has been specifically quoted. Beverage package prices are fixed. All prices are correct as at the time of publication but may change as a result of changes in government imposed taxes or other reasons beyond the resorts control.

Function Payment Terms

Initial Deposit

We ask for a $1,000.00 deposit to secure the wedding ceremony booking, $1,000.00 for wedding reception reservation or when booking both a deposit of $1,500.00. The deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

50% of the total estimated cost of the function to be paid 90 days in advance with the balance due 30 days prior to the event. Final numbers are to be confirmed 30 days prior to the function and this will be the number of guests that will be charged for. Payment can be made directly into the resorts bank accounts (request details at time of booking). Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable Cancellations between less than 3 months and to 1 month (from the date of the ceremony) will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on total cost of the event. Cancellations of less of than 1 month will result in 100% cancellation fee based on total cost of event. Credit card refunds will incur a 3% merchant fee

Surcharges

The resort will charge a 15% surcharge on all package, set-up and/or food & beverage costs for a wedding held on a Sunday or Public Holiday. Most contracted services, such as photographers, videographers, musicians or entertainers, hair & make-up artists, etc. will charge a 25% surcharge for work carried out on a Sunday or Public Holiday. This can be confirmed at the time of booking.

Wedding Planners Note: The Cocktail Party is recommended as this allows for guests to enjoy each other’s company while the bridal party is having their photo shoot. This also allows for the transition from the ceremony to the reception dinner to be seamless whilst fulfilling the guest slight pangs of hunger and thirst for what is a long day. And of course this adds to the whole experience for this special occasion.

If you want a two tier cake, you are able to choose a different flavour for each tier to cater for various tastes.

Cake Finishes:

Butter Cream Icing As it sounds it is a sweet butter icing and can be flavoured. It is usually spread on the cake in a rough cast finish and isn't perfectly white but rather a creamy colour.

Fondant is a neutral sweet sugar paste used on most Wedding cakes to give them a smooth perfect look. It is sometimes confused with almond or marzipan icing. Marzipan is what you would use under fondant on a fruit cake but is only used on fruit. When you use fondant on a cake it is smooth and creamy and the flavour of the cake is enhanced
