all day conferences, intimate formal dining, sophisticated cocktail parties and weddings from 10 to 500 guests can be

comfortably accommodated within the venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces.

Tailored food and beverage packages can be prepared to suit your occasion.

Our dedicated function team will personally manage your function from the first enquiry right through to the last drink. Our flexible attitude and award winning chefs allow us to accommodate almost any requests and provide your function with that innovative and unforgettable edge.

Facilities

The Gallery Room The Gallery Room is aptly named to the paintings that adorn the walls. The room is split level, and can hold 80 for dinner and 90 for cocktail Room Hire Fee: $150.00

The Mountbatten Room The Mountbatten Room is the first of our large rooms. With a concertina door in the middle we can accommo-date smaller intimate groups or larger groups. The room can accommodate for 110 sit down dinner or 120 for cocktail Room Hire Fee: Full Room $200.00 1/2 Room $100.00

The Dunlop Room The Dunlop Room is the largest of our rooms. It has a full stage set-up, and pa system. It can hold up to 340 for dinner and 500 cocktail. Includes upstairs courtyard. Room Hire Fee: $350.00

The Courtyard The Courtyard is our newest function area. If your looking for that more relaxed function the Courtyard is defi-nitely the area for you. Mostly undercover, with a pond surrounding the area, and plenty of foliage. It hosts a pool table, jukebox and televisions. Room Hire Fee: $100.00

The Sports Complex Ideal for those looking to self cater. It has a full function kitchen. The Sports Complex can hold up to for 100 dinner and 120 cocktail Room Hire Fee: $150.00 Self Cater Fee: $100.00

Please note: All Room Hire fees are not applicable for financial Member’s of The Deniliquin RSL Club

Facilities:

Coordinator: Every function booked with us will be coordinated by our professional team from the time of enquiry right through to the end of your function.

Function times: Our Function rooms are available for use from Monday to Thursday 9am - 11pm, Fridays and Saturday until 12pm and Sundays until 10pm

Access to the Venue: Subject to availability, we will set your function the day before your event to allow you time to decorate. We are happy to assist you with this. We discuss your options and needs with you prior to your event.

Entertainment: All entertainment acts are welcomed by the Deniliquin RSL. Whether it be an band, DJ or simply an IPod. Noise levels are to be restricted to ensure no disruption is caused to all other patrons of the Club.

Av Equipment Deniliquin RSL has available a wide range of AV Equipment including data projectors, microphones and lighting. Please discuss your requirements with our coordinator.

Table Décor: We have 2 types of tables available for your use. Rounds - 4 x 10 seaters 20 x 8 seaters Rectangle - Can seat up to 10 - but recommended 8

FAQ’s How and where are canapés and pre dinner drinks served? Staff will wander around your guests with both canape s & drinks on trays in our upstairs foyer Can we have our cake as dessert? Yes - there are a number of service styles to have your cake as dessert What time can I come in and set up my decorations? We always endeavor to have the room ready by 1pm on the day of your function. You can have access from 1 pm until the Club closes. Can you set my centerpieces and table decorations/place cards? Yes - discuss your needs with our functions coordinator who will ensure all your requirements are met. Can we brink in our own entertainment? Yes - whether it’s a band, DJ or playing of an IPOD - we can accommodate all entertainment requiremants Can we have a photo booth or Lolly Buffet? Absolutely! What decorations can I have? Your options are endless - however we ask nothing to be stuck on the walls. Aside from that the room is all yours!

Terms and conditions

Contract Details: 1. Confirmation of booking To book and confirm your function, please complete attached contract and submit with your $500 deposit. 2. Final Numbers Confirmed numbers are required 10 days prior to your function. The final number will be the number billed for even if there are cancellations. Once final numbers are received no alterations can be made. Payment of all out-standing monies (food and bar) is required by the day prior to your function—otherwise your function cannot go ahead. 3. Minors Children attending must be fully supervised by an adult and must remain in the function room at all times. Chil-dren are permitted to stay for the duration of the function but after 10pm are not to access any other part of the Club. 4. Menu Selection & special requests We encourage you to make your menu options as early as possible - however final menu selections, special re-quests, dietary requirements are to be submitted with your final numbers. At this point we also require guest list & seating plan. 5. Food & Beverages As per Club Policy & liquor licensing restrictions food and beverage cannot be bought into our premises, also food and beverage provided by us cannot be removed from premises. (exception to Wedding Cake) 6. Room Hire A non-refundable fee is payable for all bookings as outlined in this pack. Club members are exempt from room hire fees. 7. Cancellations All cancellations must be in writing . Cancellations outside a 30 day period will see a full refund, whereas can-cellations within that period will forfeit any refund. 8. Damages Any damage to our premises caused by guests at your function is the financial responsibility of the organizer. 9. Responsible Service of Alcohol The Deniliquin RSL adheres to RSA Laws, any patron observed to be intoxicated will be requested to leave the Club premises.
