Event InformationAll food and beverage must be purchased exclusively through Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna. A corkage fee ap-plies for local and imported alcohol, payable before the event. All prices include service charge and sales tax and are subject to 1% city tax. A catering fee will be charged for events with 150 guests and more.

Noise RegulationsPlease note, that musical entertainment is limited to 11 PM in the evening. The management has the right to determine the timing of all entertainment and celebrations.

Payment and Cancellation PolicyA down payment of 25% of the total amount is required one month in advance and full payment is due 48 hours prior to the event. Any changes after 48 hours, cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged and are non refundable. The hotel can not be held responsible for program changes due to weather conditions or other outside circumstances.
