Having our head office and kitchens at Kingston Bagpuize House we
are able to offer a complete service incorporating the very best locally sourced food,
table dressing and service.
Your day will be coordinated and delivered by our experienced team at Elegant
Cuisine. Our offer is clear, easy to understand and designed to include a host of extra
little touches that contribute much towards a memorable day.
Working in conjunction with the team at Kingston Bagpuize House you will receive a
seamless approach to your day; ease of organisation and comfort in mind knowing
that you are in safe hands all the way.

Freshly madefor your eventAll our menus are prepared and cooked on site using fresh and natural ingredients from local trusted sources by our team of professional chefs utilising the best hygiene and food safety standards.
The following menus offered for your consideration are derived from menus chosen and well received by some of our recent customers. However we are always delighted to tailor a menu to your specific requirements. You may wish to mix from different menus, which we are also happy to look at and quote accordingly.
We always provide an agreed vegetarian alternative to all meat courses as part of the planning process.
Our menu prices include:
Chosen menu, china, cutlery, and glassware for a usual wedding set up, round white table linen (based on 10 guests per table), white linen napkins, one of our excellent event managers, our professional fully trained and uniformed staff, talented chefs, back of house porters, refrigeration, all necessary cooking equipment, lay up team, 10% vegetarian menu option, table stands and numbers, and if required, the use of one of our cake stands with ceremonial knife and a board and easel.

Any changes to the above we will quote for on a bespoke basis.
After the meal drinks for the evening
We provide a bar service which whilst not being an exhaustively full bar has a comprehensive range of all the most popular drinks.
We provide this on a cash basis unless you prefer to run an account bar which we are happy to agree in advance with you.
If you request an account bar, you may also wish to limit the evening bar offer to Wines, Beers and soft drinks which we can also agree with you.

uisineTerms and Conditions / Payment Terms
• We require your wedding information sheet to be completed and signed 7 weeks prior to your wedding day
• We will require your final numbers 6 weeks before your wedding day and payment 4 weeks before your wedding day
• Should the event confirm within 4 weeks the full balance will be due by return
• Any Post-event invoice is due 14 days on receipt of invoice
• Cheques should be made payable to Elegant Cuisine. Visa or Mastercard accepted with 2% charge
• Elegant Cuisine reserves the right to charge interest on late payments
Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled we would require written notification and the following time scales will come into play
• Less than 30 days before the event - 100% cancellation fee
• 30 - 60 days before the event - 50% cancellation fee
• Over 60 days before the event - 25% cancellation fee
Numbers
• Final numbers of guests must be notified to our office, no later than 14 days before the function
• We will agree minimum numbers 30 days prior to the event, this becomes the guaranteed minimum number charged for, should numbers increase we will charge accordingly
• Should your numbers increase or decrease from the initial quotations we reserve the right to review the price per person
Function
We reserve the right to vary the menu and services if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Notice shall be given whenever possible of such alterations and the food and services supplied shall be of equal value and, as much as is reasonable and practical, substantially similar.
Equipment
Any equipment lost or damaged, whether or not Elegant Cuisine staff were engaged in duties at a function, will be charged at the current replacement cost
Food Left Over
For health, hygiene and food safety reasons it is not Elegant Cuisine’s policy to leave left over food.
Once service has been completed, it is at our discretion how and when we dispose of left over foods
Notice
Elegant Cuisine does not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion of the function for any delays arising from:
• Strikes, riots, or lock outs affecting any of the trade in with Elegant Cuisine is concerned
• Exceptionally adverse weather conditions
• Loss or damage by fire, theft, floods or any other cause beyond its reasonable control
