ST. PETER’S CHURCH (Ceremony Space) – $1000This unique church, built in 1839, is perfect for smaller ceremonies and can be paired with a reception in the 1874 Caldwell Hall for a wedding of truly historic significance.

CALDWELL HALL (Reception Space) – $1500Dine and dance the night away in a 19th century setting with modern amenities.

Wedding & Banquet InformationSEASONAL AVAILABILITYAll indoor spaces are available mid-April through mid-November.

CAPACITYWe can accommodate wedding parties up to 175 people depending on the venue you select.

SETUP TIMEStarting at 9:30 a.m. the day of the event

ACCESSIBILITYThe Clausing Barn and Caldwell Hall are wheelchair accessible.

St. Peter’s Church is not wheelchair accessible.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENTNon-refundable deposit of $500 to secure your date. Deposit will be credited to your final bill. Final payment for all rental charges due one week before the event. Payment for all bar service due at the end of the event.

CATERERSYou choose your own caterer, but all caterers must be licensed, professional operations, provide a full service staff for your event and agree to abide by our catering terms. All caterers are charged a catering fee of 10% of the food cost for your event.

TABLEWARE & GLASSWARE$2.50 per individual setting including china, flatware and water goblets is available for use by your caterer in the Clausing Barn.

DECORATIONSWall and tabletop decorations are allowed in the Clausing Barn. No decorations of any kind are allowed in St. Peter’s Church. Tabletop decorations are allowed in Caldwell Hall but wall decorations are not permitted. All decorations must be removed immediately following the event.

BEVERAGE SERVICECustomizable beverage service and bartenders provided exclusively by Old World Wisconsin. Production Fee of 25% of the total beverage cost will be added to the final bar service bill. Glassware can be substituted at the Clausing Barn for high quality plastic ware: $1.50 per guest.

PHOTOGRAPHYFree access to the wedding party and photographer is available for wedding photos in the Historic Crossroads Village from the Clausing Barn or St. Peter’s Church.

PARKINGFree lighted parking is conveniently located just steps from the Clausing Barn and Caldwell Hall and within a short walk to St. Peter’s Church.
